The role you'll contribute:
The Retail Concierge participates in the implementation of all retail concierge programs on AdventHealth campuses. As a Retail Concierge, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service while fulfilling the requests of employees, patients, family members, and physicians in a fast-paced environment. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Executes the fulfillment of customer requests within established guidelines.
- Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Seeks and applies new concepts and techniques to enhance the program and build employee and customer loyalty.
- Coordinates day-to-day operations to facilitate high-touch concierge services efficiently and effectively.
- Utilizes strong customer service and organizational skills in coordinating successful events.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- Two plus years experience
