Leads organizational design and development initiatives by overseeing the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of structures that support strategic and operational effectiveness. Develops and executes change management strategies using best practices to guide communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation throughout the full lifecycle of change efforts. Provides strategic consulting to senior leaders on current vs. future state performance, leader span of control, and organizational design to ensure optimal structures and aligned transformation outcomes. Oversees project management of high-level initiatives including organizational transformation projects, ensuring milestones are achieved, governance is followed, and goals are met on time and within scope. Partners across the organization to ensure alignment of strategies, initiatives, and development programs, including collaboration with HR, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams. Drives team performance and leadership development through clear goal-setting, coaching, mentoring, and structured evaluation of team members to support continuous improvement. Manages budget and operational efficiency by developing annual budgets, monitoring productivity, and conducting periodic cost analyses to optimize resources. Champions organizational culture by embedding mission, values, and service standards into transformation initiatives, communication efforts, and leadership development strategies. Acts as a primary change agent by applying change theory and cultural insights to design and implement sustainable change that aligns with long-term business outcomes.
