- Utilizes advanced research techniques to identify top healthcare talent through various mediums including databases, networking, associations, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Develops and executes recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads and names into assigned key pipelines and requisitions.
- Screens candidates to determine suitability for positions and influences potential candidates on the benefits of working at the organization.
- Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Gathers, analyzes, and reports the effectiveness of sourcing strategies to leadership.
- Maintains a broad knowledge of company policies and benefit plans to effectively communicate with candidates.
- Participates in local campus hiring events, national conferences, and school conferences/job events to identify potential candidates.
- Identifies local community education and workforce partnerships to develop future pipelines of non-traditional candidates to increase the pipeline of healthcare workers.
- Ability to use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean, and data mining. [Required]
- Experience and knowledge with advanced Intake sessions with both hiring managers and recruiters. [Required]
- Experience sourcing in resume databases and job boards. [Required]
- Experience following up with candidates through the full sourcing life cycle. [Required]
- Knowledge of ATS, SMASHFLY or similar CRMs, and other related technology. [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
- In relevant field
Work Experience:
- 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience [Required]
Additional Information:
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 6 years of progressive experience in talent management, human resources, consulting or related field
Licenses and Certifications:
- Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
