Schedule: Part Time
Shift : Nights, 3X12 weekday shifts (7 PM 7 AM) rotating weekends

The role you'll contribute:
Responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients within a patient care unit. This position supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing personnel using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. This role utilizes nursing skills of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient care delivery. In addition, this position administers the medical and nursing plan of care in compliance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Additionally, this role provides direct nursing care in accordance with the organization's established policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
- Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures.
- Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care. Documents all phases of patient status while in care.
Qualifications
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
- Associate's of Nursing Required
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NPR) Required
