Job Description:
Schedule - Mon - Fri 8a-5p
- Reports problems or concerns involving direct and indirect patient care to the program director in a timely and professional manner.
- Participates in performance improvement activities and coordinates efforts to address identified deficiencies.
- Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with patients and families by explaining the rationale for care and patient progression while demonstrating concern and awareness of their needs.
- Documents patient care through medical records, progress notes, and order writing.
- Formulates individualized treatment plans based on therapeutic principles appropriate for age and psychological development.

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
