Job Description:
- Oversees general accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial statement preparation.
- Analyzes healthcare finance operating metrics and key indicators with excellent analytical skills.
- Provides leadership and support to staff, including training, guidance, troubleshooting, issue escalation, and project prioritization.
- Identifies and resolves problems in accounting and reporting processes, initiating changes to improve processes.
- Leads and supports continuous improvement activities by analyzing metrics and implementing system modifications and process changes.

Pay Range:
$127, $236,789.66
