Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an outpatient/clinic based Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse at AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida Diviaion Colorectal Surgery, located in Daytona Beach, FL. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement care for patients with wound, ostomy, and continence needs. You will provide patient education, provide wound care in an outpatient setting while collaborating with our colorectal surgeons and multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and monitor care plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices while delivering compassionate and high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Wound Care and wound management techniques
- Specialized knowledge in Ostomy Care and ostomy management
- Strong background in Nursing and general medical care
- Ability to provide patient education and support on wound, ostomy, and continence care
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) certification is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
