The Training Analyst I is a full-time position based in Maitland, FL, with a hybrid work schedule allowing for some remote work. This role involves developing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and ensuring that educational materials align with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include designing instructional content, facilitating training sessions, and analyzing the effectiveness of training programs to promote professional development and operational excellence.

- Proficiency in Training & Development and Training delivery techniques
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate training needs and program effectiveness
- Excellent Communication skills for delivering content and engaging learners
- Expertise in Instructional Design to create effective and engaging learning materials
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with learning management systems and training tools
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
