Role Description
The Teaching Aide role is a part-time, on-site position. The Teaching Aide will assist teachers in implementing educational programs and activities, reading groups and math instruction, manage classroom environments, support student learning, and ensure the well-being of children under their care. The Teaching Aide will also engage in administrative tasks as required and collaborate effectively with other staff members.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Teaching and Education preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications or degrees in education or related fields are a plus
- Experience in working with children
