We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow expertise to lead the implementation and configuration of the FSM module. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building Preventative Maintenance and Calibration workflows, designing mobile solutions for field technicians, and migrating legacy systems into ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow FSM implementation and end-to-end configuration
- Develop Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated workflows
- Design mobile workflows for field service and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance-focused workflow design and reporting structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable FSM solutions
- Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing platform support
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Required Skills:
- 6 8 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow FSM module
- Experience with mobile workflows and field service operations
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies
- Experience in legacy system migration to ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of compliance and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
