What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales & Marketing Director position at Advent Christian Village?
- Develop & execute sales & marketing strategies; ensure consistent branding on all forms of media
- Develop opportunities for individuals and groups to visit
- Monitor & analyze marketing metrics for effectiveness; recommend & implement improvements
- Develop promotional materials for ancillary services onsite at Advent Christian Village (clinic, grocer, food venues, etc.)
- Oversee the campus admission (move-in) and move-out process
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 5 years' experience in residential sales, or marketing healthcare or senior living preferred
- PC literacy in office, database, & graphics software required**
- Must be personable, professional, & communicate well**
- Valid FL DL required**
