Experienced Floor Technician to Join Renovation Team
- Assist with residential tear outs and renovation rebuilds
- Must be proficient in installation and maintenance of carpet, vinyl flooring (sheet & plank), and ceramic tile
- Must be proficient in installation and maintenance of ceramic tile in bathrooms and showers
- Repair / install cabinetry and hardware, surface veneers and drywall as needed or directed
- Repair / replace general plumbing components, including defective faucets, drains, water heaters, water lines, toilets, sinks, pipes, and valves.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed or directed.
- Effective and courteous communication with staff and residents required**
- HSD or equivalent required; valid FL DL required**
- Minimum 1 year residential renovation with flooring installation experience required**
- Vocational training in carpentry, plumbing, or painting helpful
