Residential HVAC Service Technician

This is a residential HVAC service technician position. Applicants without hands-on HVAC service experience will not be considered.

Residential HVAC Service Technician ($100K–$150K | Top Pay | No Cap)

You’re a high-performing technician who takes pride in doing the job right. You move with urgency, communicate clearly, and want to be paid based on your performance.

This position is for technicians who live in the North Dallas area, specifically McKinney, Allen, Plano, and surrounding communities. You will be dispatched from home and primarily run calls in your local area.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly
• Help customers make confident decisions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

What Success Looks Like

• You run efficient, well-organized service calls
• You communicate clearly and build trust with homeowners
• You consistently generate strong revenue through repairs and system opportunities
• You take ownership of your calls, your truck, and your results
• You primarily service a tight geographic area near your home in the North Dallas market

Pay & Earning Potential

Base Pay (Skill-Based):

• $20/hr to $30/hr depending on experience and skill level

Service Pay:

• 8% commission on all service revenue
• Weekly bonus tiers (up to $250 per week)
• Monthly bonus tiers (up to $2,500 per month)

Replacement Opportunities:

• 6% commission on full system replacements
• Up to 10% total commission with performance bonuses

Additional Incentives:

• Membership sales spiffs and monthly bonuses

Top performers consistently earn $100K–$150K
No cap on earnings
