We are excited to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to our dedicated team for day shift. As the Registered Nurse (RN) you will enjoy using a wide variety of nursing skills and work with a team that has your back and is focused on care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and support nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies and regulations.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered RN state license required
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
