Responsibilities (as provided by the hiring organization):
- Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Take and defend depositions and appear in court
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado, in good standing
- Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience taking/defending depositions and handling dispositive motions
- Insurance litigation experience preferred, but not required
