New Opportunity for a senior-level Account Manager in the residential landscaping industry, overseeing client accounts from construction completion to ongoing maintenance while identifying enhancement opportunities. The position ensures seamless service delivery, mentors team members, and contributes to operational excellence in a dynamic, client-focused environment.   • Anticipated salary: $120,000-$130,000 base, plus quarterly bonuses.
  • Benefits include: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Anticipated travel: Daily local travel to sites in the metropolitan area.
  • Office or remote: Fully on-site with office check-ins and field presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage client relationships post-construction, ensuring smooth transitions to maintenance.
  • Identify and propose landscape enhancements via site assessments and presentations.
  • Mentor junior staff on best practices and complex account strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and field teams for service coordination and quality.
  • Monitor contracts, billing, and renewals while using tools like Excel for analysis.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • No specific certifications required, but valid driver's license essential.
  • 5 years account management in landscaping, construction, or property services.
  • 10 years industry experience preferred, with 3 years in senior role.
  • Strong skills in client service, problem-solving, organization, and tech adoption (e.g., Aspire software a plus).
