- The Senior Financial Analyst is a key partner in shaping financial strategy and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will analyze financial performance, forecast revenue and expenses, and deliver clear, actionable insights that improve outcomes and support growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, robust, and dynamic budgets and ongoing forecasts
- Own expenses for a defined portion of the P&L and serve as the subject matter expert for related questions
- Perform detailed bottoms-up forecasting to support accurate business projections
- Support workforce planning and maintain forecasting inputs to ensure accuracy and visibility
- Develop and deliver dynamic financial reporting tailored to management and board-level needs
- Build and maintain financial models that support strategic decision-making
- Perform variance analysis and clearly communicate drivers of performance
- Extract actionable insights from imperfect or incomplete datasets using advanced Excel modeling techniques
- Manage and analyze large datasets to derive business insights
- Work within and help further develop our financial planning platform (Adaptive), ensuring data integrity and proper model structure
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to support planning, alignment, and execution
- Deliver high-quality outputs consistently in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently and maintaining productivity under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 2 years of experience in an FP&A role
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience interacting with NetSuite required
- Prior experience with workforce planning and expense ownership preferred
- Experience with Adaptive Planning is not required, but willingness to learn and operate within the platform is essential
