What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Accounting position at Advantive?
At Advantive, we don’t just make software—we build careers and power the manufacturing and distribution backbone of the global economy. We are growing fast, investing in AI, and building a culture where motivated, curious people rise quickly.
We are a high-growth, global, private-equity-backed software company with an active acquisition strategy. As we scale, we are building a best-in-class accounting leadership team grounded in execution, ownership, and operational discipline.
In this role, you will be a key accounting operator responsible for owning the month-end close end-to-end and building scalable, repeatable processes in a fast-moving environment. You will partner closely with the Controller and a highly technical Director of Accounting, allowing you to focus on leading the function, increasing capacity, and driving consistent execution—rather than niche accounting research.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity with expanding scope and a clear path for growth as the organization continues to scale.
