Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Assistant to support operational and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in data analysis, operations, and business support.
The Analyst Assistant will be responsible for assisting with data entry, reporting, tracking operational metrics, and supporting day-to-day analytical and administrative tasks to help improve efficiency and accuracy across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Assist with tracking, organizing, and reporting operational and/or financial data
- Support the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and basic analysis
- Help monitor and update key performance metrics as needed
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting files
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred but not required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior office, warehouse, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
