We are currently seeking a talented Accounting Manager to join one of our esteemed clients in downtown Los Angeles, CA, in a Hybrid model (4 days office/1-day remote) with a salary range of $110K - $135K.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting practices and processes
- Work closely with the Controller for accurate financial statements
- Manage the monthly financial close and supervise staff
- Monitor daily transactions and enforce accounting policies
- Handle payroll administration and ensure timely processing
- Maintain inventory accounting policies and procedures
- Conduct regular physical counts and improve inventory accuracy
- Manage month-end and year-end inventory closing processes
Inventory Requirements:
- Accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions
- Proper valuation and cost allocations of inventory
- Reconciliation of inventory records to ensure accuracy
- Implementation of measures to improve inventory accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5-10 years of experience, including 7 in accounting
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Knowledge of NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
