Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Orange
Fully Onsite
Pay $30-32 per hour
We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice processing with 3-way matching
- Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
- Support month-end activities
- 3 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Strong 3-way matching experience required
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- Experience with a large ERP system required
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP & PIVOT TABLES)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
