Pay: $36/hr.
Schedule: 1st shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance work using CMMS.
- Track and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and generate related reports/metrics.
- Process work orders, time sheets, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy.
- Communicate with customers and team members to clarify work scope, provide updates, and support safety compliance.
- Maintain logs, records, filing systems, and safety training matrices.
- Assist with procurement of materials/services and perform other duties as assigned, including occasional travel.
- Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience (5-10 years facility maintenance/MEP/CMMS experience preferred).
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interpret instructions, write reports, and present information clearly.
