We're hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join our Total Talent Solutions team. This is a unique role that blends direct administrative support for the Program Director with client-facing recruiting operations for a high-profile account.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the administrative backbone for the Program Director (calendar management, agendas, meetings, reporting and any other administrative requests as needed).
- Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and off-boarding for on-site talent across the region.
- Post jobs, manage candidate communication, and handle interview logistics.
- Liaise with client representatives and ensure requisition activity flows seamlessly in Fieldglass/VMS.
- Prepare offer letters, guide candidates through onboarding, and conduct new hire orientations.
- Support off-boarding logistics and ensure timely communication with departing employees.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2 years in a fast-paced corporate environment (staffing/finance preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Outstanding judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort with ATS/VMS tools (Fieldglass, ATS experience a plus).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookup, index(match), formatting, tables, building workbooks etc.
- Mindset: Collaborative, resilient, detail-oriented, and open to learn and grow.
