Pay Rate: Up to $43.15 per hour

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification required
- Minimum 5 years of Visual Testing (VT) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) experience
- Background in welding quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Experience interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, welding codes, and specifications
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Job Duties
- Perform and oversee visual weld inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to inspection personnel
- Train, audit, and evaluate inspection processes for consistency and compliance
- Interpret inspection findings and assist with engineering dispositions
- Maintain detailed quality records and inspection documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to resolve quality concerns
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action initiatives
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and production efficiency
Physical Capabilities
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Climb, bend, reach, and work in an active manufacturing environment
- Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift
