You will support restaurant operations by developing engaging learning materials focused on Point of Sale (POS) systems, back-office procedures, and delivery operations. This position is on-site three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build digital training courses using Articulate Storyline
- Create step-by-step guides, job aids, and instructional materials for POS workflows
- Develop training content for back-office systems, delivery platforms, and restaurant processes
- Translate technical or operational procedures into clear, user-friendly content
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and usability
- Update existing training materials based on operational changes and user feedback
- Maintain consistency with QSR standards and service excellence goals
- Proven experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training development
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline required
- Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant operations, retail, or QSR environments preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
