- Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, fault clearing, and preventative maintenance

- Maintain material flow, equipment readiness, and production schedules

- Document work orders, maintenance tasks, and production data
- High school diploma required
- 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
- Familiarity with measurement tools and quality inspection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience
- Exposure to robotics, laser welding, or PCB assembly
