This role supports customers, marketers, and dealers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and online platforms for credit card processing issues.
- Troubleshoot POS systems, EPOS equipment, and network connectivity (DSL, VSAT, broadband).
- Assist with chargebacks, transaction inquiries, and credit card settlement reconciliation.
- Support customer supply requests in alignment with internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and performance metrics (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).
- Navigate and support web-based platforms and extranet systems (e.g., Bizlink, Lubestream).
- Continuously build knowledge of software, hardware, and payment processing systems.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of IT help desk or technical support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems, networking technologies (DSL, VSAT), and payment processing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 support environment.
