Now Hiring: Part Time Talent Sourcing Specialist
Location: Ayer, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: 25-30 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00/hour

This role focuses on candidate sourcing, talent research, social media recruiting, and pipeline development for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate, former agency recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcing specialist looking for flexible part-time hours in a professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking platforms, schools, and other talent sources
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct talent market research and sourcing strategies using AI-powered recruiting tools and technology
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Track and organize candidate information within recruiting systems
- Help create sourcing campaigns to attract manufacturing talent
- Support recruiting efforts for skilled, professional, and hourly positions
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing candidates for a manufacturing company required
- Knowledge of social media recruiting, talent search techniques, and candidate engagement
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Interest in AI and modern recruiting technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Recruiting agency, HR, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience preferred
- Recent HR graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
