What You'll Do- Assemble, label, package, and inspect medical device products and kits
- Configure and test handheld electronic devices using specialized equipment
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material handling activities
- Verify components and finished products for accuracy and quality
- Identify and report quality, safety, or process issues
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or medical device experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to distinguish colors on electronic displays
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
