What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Advantage Technical?
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM | Overtime Available
- Operate production equipment and support manufacturing operations
- Handle, transport, load, inspect, and package products
- Monitor production processes and record production data
- Report material defects or quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Stand for 9 hours during shifts
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
- Perform frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
- Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and depth perception
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
