Job Duties:
- Redesign sourcing and purchasing workflows to cut cycle times and strengthen controls
- Improve source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes with Finance, Legal, AP, and IT
- Identify automation opportunities and lead systems initiatives
- Manage the Purchasing Card program, Concur travel administration, and global credit card program
- Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance
- Build KPIs and spend analytics; partner cross-functionally as a strategic advisor
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management experience
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives and a global supplier portfolio, including staff abroad
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS (Purchasing, Suppliers, Credit Cards, Approvals) and advanced Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPSM, CIPS, or CSCP certification
- Logicgate experience
