Advantage Technical is partnering with a leading global automotive OEM to place a Multimedia Graphics Associate in Dearborn, MI. Job Duties (AKA What You'll Do!):
- Design and develop multimedia learning solutions including e-learning, video, animation, and instructor-led training
- Lead projects from needs assessment through delivery using ISD models
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams, and business partners
- Produce storyboards, video scripts, audio recordings, and edited multimedia content
- Build and track learning metrics aligned to business outcomes
- Support global workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives
- Manage content in SharePoint 365 and LMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years in course development (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia)
- 3 years designing adult technical learning - web-based and ILT
- 2 years project management experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong MS Office and SharePoint 365 skills
- LMS experience preferred; Oracle HCM or Degreed a plus
- Automotive L&D background preferred
