Schedule: A Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- OR at least 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing, machine operation, or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with automated equipment, robotics, HMIs, or production machinery is a plus
- Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform basic machine repairs and preventative maintenance
- Monitor production processes and adjust equipment using HMIs
- Troubleshoot machine faults, stoppages, and process issues
- Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities
- Utilize measuring tools to verify product quality and tolerances
- Support inventory, quality control, and production documentation
- Maintain GMP standards and cleanroom manufacturing requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and resolve issues
- Stand for up to 75% of the shift and walk frequently
- Reach above shoulders and below the waist as needed
- Push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
- Lift up to 20 lbs regularly
