What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on 2nd shift
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production line calls
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Complete preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of manufacturing equipment
- Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing manufacturing equipment
- High-speed automation experience required
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, supervise, and train others
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
