- Pay Rate: $33.08 - $45.49 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Daily Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and automated machinery
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and regulators
- Utilize electrical schematics, control drawings, and diagnostic tools to perform advanced troubleshooting
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions
- Provide hands-on technical support during complex breakdowns to minimize downtime and production impact
- Support work order prioritization, labor allocation, and maintenance scheduling
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, including tracking critical components and reordering as needed
- Coordinate with OEMs and equipment vendors for technical support, parts identification, and repair guidance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including equipment upgrades and reliability enhancements
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience working with PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop technicians
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (material handling systems, dryers, chillers, temperature controllers, robotics)
