Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11 PM - 7:30 AM

What You'll Need

• 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding, setup, and maintenance


• Basic tooling, programming, and robotics troubleshooting skills


• Experience with mold preventative maintenance


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving


• Forklift license required


• Able to lift 50 lbs, work overhead, and stand for long periods


• Good communication, organization, and project management skills


• Comfortable with changing priorities and independent work


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical writing


• Committed to safety and PPE use

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and robotic systems


• Implement new molding processes and manage tooling setups


• Identify and resolve molding defects


• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on molds


• Organize and maintain molds, tools, and equipment


• Document technical findings and maintain clear communication with the team


• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout


• Operate machines from 80 to 500 tons and perform shutdowns when needed


• Maintain assigned tools and equipment


• Perform other duties as assigned
