What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor position at Advantage Technical?
Pay Rate: $55-$60/hour $175/day Per Diem (7 days/week, based on eligibility)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in electrical quality assurance, quality control, or construction supervision
- Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Knowledge of electrical construction standards and industry codes
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities for a large electrical construction project
- Develop and maintain project QA/QC plans, inspections, and testing procedures
- Conduct installation inspections and verify workmanship quality
- Review electrical drawings and specifications for compliance
- Coordinate with project teams, field personnel, and clients to resolve quality issues
- Monitor testing and inspection activities for power distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable industry standards
- Participate in project meetings and quality reviews
- Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated work areas
- Must be able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required
