We are seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead and scale enterprise IT operations for a large, multi-site organization supporting both field and corporate operations. This individual will provide strategic and operational leadership across infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, analytics, and IT service delivery while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive business objectives through technology.
This is a highly visible leadership role ideal for someone who combines strong operational IT experience with project/program leadership, organizational development, and cross-functional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor IT leadership teams across infrastructure, applications, analytics, and support functions
• Drive enterprise IT initiatives, modernization efforts, and long-term technology roadmaps
• Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to improve efficiency and business performance through technology
• Oversee enterprise systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendor management, and IT governance
• Establish project prioritization, accountability, and execution frameworks across the IT organization
• Support a geographically dispersed workforce and operationally focused business environment
• Promote a service-oriented culture focused on reliability, communication, and continuous improvement
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices
Qualifications:
• 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Experience leading enterprise IT operations within industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, transportation, utility, or other operationally focused environments
• Strong background in infrastructure, ERP/business systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects, organizational initiatives, and IT modernization efforts
• Experience managing teams, vendors, budgets, and enterprise priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across executive leadership and operational teams
• Experience supporting field operations and multi-site environments strongly preferred
• Exposure to SOX, governance, or regulated operational environments preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
