Job Title: Legal and Contract Administrator

Location: Hybrid - Cambridge, MA
Start Date: ASAP (earliest 11/18 due to orientation)

Overview:
We are seeking a Legal and Contract Administrator to support our growing legal operations and contracting practices. This role has opened due to increased workload and internal advancement and will play a key role in ensuring contracts are executed efficiently and accurately while supporting the day-to-day needs of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support legal operations and contract management practices.

  • Send contracts for signature and ensure proper financial approval.

  • Coordinate contract execution with Finance and Compliance teams.

  • Assist users with day-to-day Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) inquiries.

  • Serve as a point of contact for contract administration questions, particularly within Ironclad.

Team Environment:

  • Work closely with two current Contract Administrators (U.S. and Switzerland).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-10 years in contract administration or a paralegal background.

  • Skills: CLM experience strongly preferred; Ironclad highly preferred; SOM a plus but not required.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience acceptable.

  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
