Complaint Determination Associate - Medical Device (Remote)
Location: Acton, MA (Remote)
Pay: $31.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Complaint Determination Associate to support Global Product Monitoring within a regulated medical device environment. This role is responsible for evaluating incoming product inquiries and determining whether they meet the definition of a medical device complaint, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
You will work under the guidance of the Team Lead and support accurate classification, documentation, and tracking of complaint records.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate product inquiry records to determine complaint vs. non-complaint classification
- Assign appropriate complaint categories to support downstream complaint handling and investigation
- Categorize non-complaint feedback for trending and reporting purposes
- Reassess records when new information becomes available
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in tracking systems
- Follow established global complaint handling procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support additional complaint handling tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical device complaint handling or regulated industry support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
