System Migration Analyst

The System Migration Analyst provides remote installation and configuration support for system installations, upgrades, and related projects involving automation and software products. This role collaborates with internal teams and onsite technicians to execute scheduled projects, perform system testing, and troubleshoot issues. Success requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Work Details

• Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite
• Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST
• Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
• Reports To: Supervisor, System Migration
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote installations and upgrades for scheduled projects
• Coordinate with onsite technicians and internal teams
• Conduct or support system and component testing
• Assist with system troubleshooting as needed
• Prepare for projects by reviewing procedures, timelines, and system readiness
• Communicate project status and completion updates
• Maintain readiness for upcoming projects and provide process improvement feedback
• Perform other assigned duties
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years of equivalent experience in Business or IT
• Experience with OVA deployments, VMs, and VMware environments
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems
• Experience with LAN-to-LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL, and system security
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy, workflow, or robotics systems
• Familiarity with system implementation processes
• Knowledge of business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, workforce management tools)
• Experience with disk encryption software
• Ability to obtain government clearance if required
