Advantage Tech is searching for a consultant to assist their client in Topeka, KS.

Purpose

Bring focused, independent analysis to persistent MS Teams issues by validating root causes, accelerating stabilization, and preventing repeat incidents—without duplicating ongoing internal efforts.

Background & Context

The organization is experiencing recurring MS Teams issues tied to :

• New workstation deployments and refreshes
• Windows 11 upgrades
• Endpoint configuration drift (DNA settings, printers, peripherals)
• Driver, firmware, and policy interactions
• MECM platform upgrades and tooling changes
  
  

Significant investigation and remediation work is already underway, including documented tracking of known issues, active testing, and recurring leadership review meetings. The contractor is expected to build on this foundation—not restart it.

What We Need

Evaluate the Endpoint Lifecycle End-to-End

• Imaging / provisioning approach
• Driver & firmware handling
• MECM client health and timing
• Policy and security baseline application
• Application readiness (DNA and core line of business apps)
• Peripheral readiness (printers, scanners, cash devices)

• Root cause validation of recurring workstation issues
• Build consistency and post-deployment stability
• Tooling interactions (MECM, agents, policies, drivers)
• Opportunities to reduce manual remediation
