What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Contractor position at Advantage Tech?
ATI is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join their client.
This is a 6 Month contract engagement, that could become longer if there is a good mutual fit.
Responsibilities:
- Grow direct to driver portfolio through new sales and customer retention efforts
- Impact company growth utilizing a variety of sales methods including customer development, networking, relationship building, lead generation, cold calling, etc.
- Obtain customer referrals to expand program footprint
- Complete driver applications and submit for activation
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
- Manage daily schedule
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota and goals
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; Inside sales experience is a plus
- Goal-oriented and motivated by success
- Strong telephone presence and experience in a high call volume environment
- Effective ability to provide a professional company image to prospects
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
