The Work

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that aligns with development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Create user stories, use cases, and functional requirement documentation.
- Support manufacturing-related systems, including MES, labeling, and warehouse solutions.
- Use SQL to query, manage, analyze, and troubleshoot data across internal systems.
- Assist with deployments, testing, and continuous improvements to application workflows.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies, tools, and programming patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience developing or maintaining PHP-based applications.
- Strong understanding of modern web development standards and design patterns.
- Ability to function as a business analyst—gathering requirements and producing clear documentation.
- Experience supporting manufacturing execution systems, labeling tools, or warehouse applications.
- Strong SQL skills for queries, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 4 days onsite weekly.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience supporting plant operations or manufacturing technology.
- Experience with REST APIs or application integration.
