Retail Client Services Manager
Retail Client Services Manager will work to maintain and improve client specific retail conditions and serve as a key point of communication between retail teams, headquarters teams, and client partners. Responsibilities
- Ensure retail execution compliance across distribution, pricing, planogram integrity, display performance, promotional activation, and point of sale placement
- Identify and resolve in store compliance issues and escalate barriers with clear and actionable recommendations
- Analyze performance data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into executional recommendations
- Communicate execution progress, insights, opportunities, and promotional activities to headquarters, clients, and field leadership
- Manage client engagement by overseeing account performance, budgets, and investment strategies while aligning retail and sales priorities to drive growth
- Education Requirements: Associate degree
- Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field or a Bachelor degree in Business, Analytics, or Math. (Retail management, client services, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred)
- Travel requirement: No travel requirements
- Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Salary : $58,400 - $73,000
