Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Established Route
Advantage Service Plus, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Service Technician to take over an established route of approximately 80–85 residential pools per week throughout Englewood and surrounding areas.
COMPENSATION
$10 per pool serviced
- 80 pools = $800 gross weekly pay
- 85 pools = $850 gross weekly pay
- Taxes and required payroll deductions are withheld from each paycheck.
- Actual take-home pay will depend on applicable taxes and deductions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service approximately 80–85 residential pools each week
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Skim, brush, vacuum, and clean pools
- Empty baskets and perform routine maintenance
- Check pumps, filters, salt systems, and other pool equipment
- Identify and report equipment problems and needed repairs
- Maintain accurate service records
- Provide professional customer service
- Safely handle pool chemicals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Pool service experience preferred
- Willing to train the right person
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Efficient and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Professional and friendly with customers
- Valid Florida driver's license and good driving record
CPO certification is a plus, but not required.
