Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable collections to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and other channels
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions
- Perform data entry related to accounts receivable transactions and updates in the financial system
- Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting and finance to resolve billing issues or discrepancies
- Follow up on overdue accounts and develop strategies to improve collection rates
- Assist in generating reports on collection status and outstanding balances for management review
Experience
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred, with a focus on accounts receivable or collections
