Job Description Position Title: Deputy Program Manager Reports To: Program Manager Clearance Type: Active Top Secret/SCI (willing to take CI Poly) Work Location: Huntsville, AL Start Date: On Contract Award Job Description: Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program. Summary of duties include but not limited to:
- Coordinate manpower and resources
- Serve as PM's delegate in daily operations and internal liaison
- Serve as PM in the PM's absence, or when the position is temporarily vacant. These duties might include:
- Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program.
- Serve as overall program lead and as the principal liaison between the Government and the Contractor.
- Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.
- Assure quality control implementation.
- Produce required contractual and programmatic reports and briefs.
- Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.
- Be responsible for overall project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.
- Review and remediate work discrepancies.
- Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.
- Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.
- Be responsible for contract performance.
- Be responsible for tracking all incoming Contractor personnel and weekly reports to Government customers of status and processing issues.
