We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating the ability to tackle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention or repair.
• Respond promptly to service requests and work collaboratively with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use.
• Document completed work and communicate any additional needs or recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• No nights
• No weekends
• On call
