We're Hiring: Office Assistant ($17/hr) – In-Person Position!
We’re looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our growing team and help manage daily administrative operations.
Position Details:
- Pay: $17/hour - Start pay (Not negotiable)
- Type: In-person position (not remote)
- Location: Chatsworth
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday 9-5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and speaking with potential agents.
- Assisting with recruiting efforts (Phone or Email recruitment)
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Working on a computer to manage records, emails, schedules and portals.
- Helping keep the office organized and efficient.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking skills is a MUST (Bilingual is a plus)
- Comfortable on the phone - you'll spend a lot of time speaking with people
- Computer literate - can handle spreadsheets, email, and basic admin tools
- Punctual, professional, and dependable
- Must be able to work in person and independently.
